This notice is issued by SİBA Endüstri Tesisleri A.Ş. ("SİBA") as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It explains how your personal data is processed when you visit this website or contact us through our forms.

2. Personal Data We Collect
- Contact form: first and last name, company, email, phone, sector and your message.
- Career application form: first and last name, email, phone and the CV file you submit.
- Chat assistant: the messages you type and — if you fill in the contact form — your name, email, phone and company.
- Technical data: strictly necessary local preferences stored in your browser (language choice, chat session). These are not tracking cookies.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
- Responding to your enquiries and quote requests (contract initiation; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Evaluating job applications (your consent; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Providing the chat assistant and improving service quality (legitimate interest; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analysing site usage, only if you consent (consent; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Cookies and Analytics
By default this site sets no tracking or marketing cookies. Site analytics (Google Analytics) is only activated if you accept it in the cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the "Change cookie preferences" link below.
5. Storage and Transfers
Form and chat data is stored on our secure servers and accessible only to authorised SİBA staff. Chat assistant replies are generated via an AI service provider; message contents are transmitted to that provider for processing. Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required, and is not kept longer than necessary for the stated purposes.
6. Your Rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Arts. 15-22 you have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, object to processing, request data portability and withdraw any consent you have given.
